Sales Manager for Real Estate Plot

Lead the overall sales strategy and frontline sales team for Pioneers Enrise & Consultants’ plotted development projects. You will oversee revenue targets, drive pipeline conversions from enquiry to registration, mentor sales executives, and manage high-value client negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute monthly and quarterly sales revenue plans for residential and commercial plot inventories.
• Supervise the complete sales funnel, coordinating telecalling leads, site visit schedules, and final closing meetings.
• Handle high-ticket investor and commercial plot negotiations, closing deals directly when senior intervention is required.
• Train, mentor, and monitor the performance of Site Sales Managers, Direct Marketing Executives, and Telecallers.
• Maintain regular reporting on footfalls, conversion ratios, collection schedules, and inventory velocity for executive leadership.
• Build strategic relationships with local channel partners, corporate HR desks in industrial clusters (like Waluj MIDC), and investor networks.

Requirements & Skills

• Proven track record of hitting sales targets in real estate, plotted townships, or allied high-ticket asset sales.
• Strong leadership, pipeline management, and deal-negotiation capabilities.
• Fluency in Marathi and Hindi (English proficiency is a strong plus).
• Working knowledge of local property documentation, 7/12 extracts, and bank loan sanction processes.
