Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to manage customer relationships, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in sales, preferably in the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell products and services to existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through phone calls, follow-ups, and market visits.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets within the given timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
• Maintain sales records and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat business and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the textile industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Ability to communicate in Gujarati and Hindi, with a basic understanding of English.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
