Educational Background: B.E., B.Tech, or Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.

Experience:

  • 12+ years in Sales with 4-5 years independently handling Heat Treatment Furnace Sales.
  • Proven track record in selling capital machinery & equipment (₹1.5 Crore+ per unit).

Industry Knowledge:

  • Expertise in Carbonitriding, Gas Carburizing, and Tempering.
  • Familiarity with Heat Treatment Furnaces like Sealed Quench Furnaces, Endo-Gas Generators, Nitriding Furnaces, Preheating and Tempering Furnaces, Washers, Loaders, and Uniloaders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the Sales & Marketing of Heat Treatment Furnaces at customers' sites.
  • Build and maintain strong connections with key players in industries like Automotive (OEM & Parts), Aerospace, Oil & Gas, and Energy.
