Head of Sales – Glassware & Hospitality (HORECA)

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA

Experience: Minimum 10 years in sales, preferably in the glassware or hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement comprehensive annual sales plans and volume targets.
• Create go-to-market strategies specifically tailored for the hospitality and foodservice sector.

Key Account Management

• Engage directly with corporate Food & Beverage (F&B) directors, executive chefs, and purchasing heads of luxury hotel chains and marquee restaurant groups.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, pricing landscapes, and competitor activities within the HORECA supply chain.
• Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and adapt sales tactics.

P&L & Forecasting

• Own revenue forecasts, margin targets, and manage credit terms and promotional budgets.
• Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions as necessary to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the glassware or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts.
• Strong understanding of the HORECA market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
