Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and help them choose suitable home furnishing products.
• Promote and sell curtains, blinds, carpets, bedsheets, wallpaper, sofas, furniture and other home décor products.
• Explain product features, pricing and available options.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Previous retail sales experience preferred.
• Interest in home décor, furniture and interior products.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
• Malayalam communication skills; basic English preferred.
