Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Employee role based in Gandhidham. The Sales Employee will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and promote the company’s products and services. Daily activities include meeting clients, preparing and presenting proposals, following up on leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, reporting on market trends and competitor activities, and supporting the achievement of sales targets and overall business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ability to understand technical products and solutions, with an aptitude for explaining complex information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and documentation, including email, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated ability in negotiation, problem-solving, and handling customer queries and concerns professionally.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in the power, engineering, or related industrial sectors, is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally as needed to visit clients and project sites.
