🔹 Industry: HRTech / SaaS / B2B Software

🔹 Location: Dehradun

🔹 Employment: Full-Time

🔹 Immediate joiners only {preference: Dehradun candidates only}

What You’ll Do

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
• Connect with HR leaders, founders and decision-makers
• Understand client requirements and position CollectivWork accordingly
• Conduct product presentations and coordinate HRMS demos
• Manage opportunities from lead qualification to closure
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials and drive conversions
• Maintain a healthy and well-managed sales pipeline
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers

What We’re Looking For

• Strong B2B sales and client communication skills
• Experience selling SaaS, HRMS, ERP or enterprise software preferred
• Ability to understand business requirements and sell solutions, not just features
• Confident presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented mindset with strong ownership
• Prior HRTech / HRMS sales experience will be an advantage
