Key Responsibilities

• Patient Follow-up
• Follow up with patients after their consultation through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Package Upselling & Conversion
• Understand the packages/services offered by Ayustri and explain them clearly to patients.
• Identify suitable opportunities to upgrade a consultation into a longer-term health/wellness package.
• Explain package benefits, duration, pricing, inclusions, and payment options.
• Convert consultation patients into appropriate paid packages.
• Recommend the next suitable Ayustri offering based on the patient's consultation outcome and the approved recommendation/process.
• Handle objections related to pricing, commitment, timing, or package benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Patient Relationship Management
• Build trust and maintain a professional relationship with patients.
• Ensure patients feel supported after their consultation.
• Collect feedback regarding consultations and services.
• Identify patients who may require another consultation or follow-up.
• Coordinate with doctors and the internal team whenever additional information or clarification is required.
• Understand the patient's experience, concerns, and next requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-up with leads who have not yet purchased a package.
• Follow up with existing patients for renewals, continuation plans, and additional services.
• Maintain a structured follow-up schedule so that no qualified lead is missed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
