Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhepura. This role is responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting product offerings, and closing sales to meet revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market outreach, following up on leads, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing responsive customer service. The Specialist will support marketing activities such as promoting products, organizing local campaigns, and assisting with training sessions for team members or channel partners. The role also involves preparing basic sales reports, coordinating with management on sales strategies, and representing the company professionally in the local market.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage customer relationships.
• Experience in Training to guide staff or partners on product features and sales techniques.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and local market dynamics, preferably in the organic or FMCG sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Madhepura and travel locally as needed.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
• Comfortable using phones, email, and basic office software for communication and reporting.
• Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
