Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Kanpur and involves driving revenue growth and brand visibility. The specialist will manage end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, prospect follow-up, product presentations, and closing deals. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing responsive customer service. The role also requires supporting marketing initiatives, such as promotions, local campaigns, and events, as well as preparing sales reports and market insights for management. The specialist will collaborate with team members, participate in training programs, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
