Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, presenting investment offerings, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Day-to-day activities include conducting client meetings, responding to inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and providing high-quality customer service. The specialist will also support marketing campaigns, assist in training sessions for team members or clients, and contribute to sales planning and performance tracking. Collaboration with management and colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote the company’s services is a core part of the role.
