Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Odapada. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting services, and following up on leads to generate new business. The specialist will manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, coordinating with operations on service offerings.

• Candidates should possess proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Training and coaching team members on sales practices.
• Candidates should possess basic knowledge of marketing principles, lead generation, and market research.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Odapada.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in common office software and tools; experience in logistics or transportation is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess at least a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
