Advaning Products & Projection Screen Channel Sales

Elite Screens India Pvt. Ltd. | Coimbatore

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven sales and marketing professional to expand our Advaning awnings, shading solutions and carport business across India, while strengthening the nationwide channel sales network for Elite Screens projection screens.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue and business expansion targets.
• Identify, appoint and develop distributors, dealers and channel partners across key markets.
• Drive Advaning business through architects, builders, consultants, contractors, institutions and retail partners.
• Expand projection screen sales through AV dealers, home cinema specialists, system integrators and distributors.
• Lead and guide the sales team, set regional targets and review performance.
• Plan product demonstrations, exhibitions, dealer meetings and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing and new business opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, partner relationships, payment collections and regular reporting to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including responsibility for all-India sales, marketing, distribution and channel development.
• Strong spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills.
• Proven success in building dealer and distributor networks and achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently develop new markets and convert opportunities into sustainable business.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Experience in awnings, building materials, architectural products, AV products, projection systems or related industries will be an advantage.
• A graduate qualification is required; an MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience and demonstrated capability.
