Ada By Mehar is a contemporary Indian-wear brand bringing together craftsmanship, thoughtful design and modern styling. We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-oriented individual to help grow our sales, strengthen customer relationships and improve the way we work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage customer communication across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, emails and calls.
• Convert enquiries into sales, follow up with potential customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Manage the customer journey from the first enquiry to final delivery, including fittings, alterations and customisation requests.
• Build and maintain our customer database, track purchase history and drive repeat sales through customer engagement, WhatsApp and email marketing.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain sales trackers, customer records and processes using Google Sheets.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and introduce AI tools and automation.
• Represent the brand at pop-ups and events when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in sales, client servicing or communications, preferably in fashion, luxury retail or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Organised, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, email tools and Google Sheets.
• A good eye for fashion, styling and customer experience.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM tools or courier portals is a plus.
• Strong ownership, a positive attitude and an interest in using AI and technology to improve processes.
