Role Description The Network Telecommunications Engineer will design, implement, and maintain network and telecommunications infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable connectivity across client environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and managing routers, monitoring Wide Area Network (WAN) performance, and troubleshooting network and voice communication issues. The role involves collaborating with internal and client teams to plan and execute network projects, document configurations and changes, and ensure compliance with security and performance standards. This is a full-time remote role, requiring proactive communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support multiple clients in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Telecommunications systems and services, such as voice, data, and unified communications.
• Practical knowledge of Routers, including setup, optimization, and maintenance in multi-site environments.
• Experience working with Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies and ensuring stable, secure connectivity.
• Ability to manage projects effectively, leveraging Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver network initiatives.
• Strong understanding of network security best practices, firewalls, VPNs, and related technologies.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and diagnostic tools; ability to analyze logs and performance metrics.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are preferred.
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams and supporting multiple clients or environments.
