Vita Talents and Models LLP, a modelling agency based in Bangalore, is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales, networking, client communication, and business growth in the fashion and modelling industry.

•Work Mode: Hybrid, with work from home most days and office attendance in Bangalore as required

•Experience: 1–3 years in sales or business development

•Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives with no fixed upper limit

Responsibilities

•Identify and approach brands, agencies, studios, and production houses.

•Generate leads, build the client pipeline, and pitch modelling and talent services.

•Follow up with leads, negotiate budgets, and convert opportunities into confirmed projects.

•Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth project execution.

•Maintain client relationships and drive consistent business development.

•Take ownership of targets, follow-ups, communication, responsibilities, and outcomes.

Who should apply?

Only candidates with one to three years of experience in sales or business development should apply. Candidates should be proactive, confident communicators, comfortable with sales targets, and willing to take ownership of daily responsibilities. Applicants must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate, as regular office attendance may be required. Experience in fashion, modelling, advertising, media, influencer marketing, or other B2B service-based industries is an advantage.
