Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in Ludhiana, with some work-from-home flexibility for designated tasks such as reporting and follow-ups. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist assists customers in-store, provides accurate product information, recommends solutions based on customer needs, and supports sales targets. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, managing product displays, maintaining stock awareness, processing sales transactions, and ensuring a welcoming, orderly store environment. The role also involves building long-term customer relationships, capturing feedback, coordinating with team members, and sharing updates on promotions or new products through both in-person and digital channels.

• Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills to effectively present, demonstrate, and recommend products.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage customers, collaborate with colleagues, and handle inquiries clearly and respectfully.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage concerns, provide support before and after sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools (e.g., inventory software, messaging apps, spreadsheets) is beneficial.
• Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is preferred but not strictly required; a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
• Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana as well as perform assigned tasks from home, with dependable time management and self-organization.
• Minimum education at the high school level; additional training or coursework in sales, marketing, or business is an advantage.
