Restuarant Manager Thane (India)

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day restaurant and front-of-house operations.

Lead, supervise and coordinate the service team.

Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.

Manage staff scheduling, training and performance.

Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues.

Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.

Monitor hygiene, cleanliness and service standards.

Ensure productive operations and adherence to company policies.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager .

Strong leadership and team-management skills.

Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Decent spoken English is required.

Candidates must currently be based in Mumbai .

Candidates must have their own accommodation in Mumbai , as accommodation is not provided.
