We are urgently hiring an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a restaurant in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations, staff supervision, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

Manage and coordinate restaurant staff.

Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Manage staff schedules and assign daily duties.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen team.

Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and safety standards.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.

Good communication and leadership skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.

Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
