Role Overview As a Cafe Service Team Member, you are the face of our cafe. You will create welcoming experiences for guests, prepare quality handcrafted beverages, manage orders, and keep the floor operating smoothly and cleanly during peak hours. ​Key Responsibilities ​Guest Hospitality: Greet arriving guests warmly, take food and beverage orders accurately at the register, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and dietary options. ​Beverage & Food Preparation: Craft espresso drinks, teas, blended beverages, and basic food items strictly following recipe standards and presentation guidelines.

Point of Sale & Register Operations: Process cash, card, and mobile payments efficiently while maintaining an accurate drawer balance throughout your shift. ​Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain clean counter space, dining area, rest stations, and kitchen prep zones in compliance with health and safety standards. ​Stock & Inventory Support: Restock display cases, condiment bars, dairy fridges, and packaging supplies, alerting supervisors when inventory runs low.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
