Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee restaurant operations at a resort, manage the service team, maintain food and beverage service standards, and ensure an excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and service activities.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and F&B; teams for smooth service.
• Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests.
• Monitor restaurant sales and achieve business targets.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational expenses.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and allocate duties.
• Maintain daily sales and operational reports.
