Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our busy, high-volume casual dine-in restaurant. You will manage a large team of up to 60 employees across front-of-house and back-of-house departments. This role focuses entirely on delivering excellent food quality and hospitality in a fast-paced environment.

Strict Requirement: Candidates must have a background exclusively in standalone food based (chain) restaurants. Experience from hotels, pubs, bars, cafes, and resorts will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee all floor and kitchen operations for a high-volume casual dining setup.
• Large Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse team of up to 60 staff members.
• Guest Experience: Maintain high service standards and fast table-turnover times while keeping food quality consistent.
• Financial Performance: Drive profitability by managing the restaurant P&L, controlling labor costs, and reducing food waste.
• Inventory Control: Manage ordering, stock tracking, and supplier relationships for all food and kitchen items.
• Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, and sanitation protocols across the entire facility.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience managing high-volume, casual dine-in restaurants mandatory***
• Team Management: Proven track record of managing large teams of up to 60 people.
• Industry Focus: Professional background must be exclusively from food-focused restaurants***
• Strict Exclusions: Profiles from hotels, pubs, lounges, bars, cafes, or holiday resorts will be disqualified.
• Skill Set: Strong operational leadership, sharp financial acumen, and excellent conflict resolution skills.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timing: 10-hour working shifts daily.
• Days: 6-day work week.
• Flexibility: Requires working weekend shifts and late nights.

Compensation & Benefits

• Chityala (Nalgonda) Location: Salary up to ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience).
• Suryapet Location: Salary up to ₹55,000 per month (depending on experience).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
