Restaurant Manager

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed
• Monitor service speed, quality, and guest experience
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly

Team Leadership & People Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching
• Build a positive, disciplined, and motivated team culture
• Ensure attendance and punctuality compliance

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Implement upselling and promotional strategies
• Analyze sales reports and take corrective actions

Cost & Inventory Control

• Control food, beverage, and labor costs
• Ensure proper stock ordering, receiving, and storage
• Reduce wastage and pilferage

Financial & Reporting

• Prepare daily sales reports
• Manage cash handling and reconciliation
• Support budgeting and forecasting

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with local laws, licenses, and regulations
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
