• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen, service team, and management.
• Maintain service standards, food quality, and presentation.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambience.
• Staff Management
• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
• Conduct team briefings and performance evaluations.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Customer Service
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and hospitality.
• Handle customer complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally.
• Monitor service speed and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Sales and Financial Management
• Monitor daily sales, revenue, and restaurant expenses.
• Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities.
• Control food costs, labour costs, and operating expenses.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, and stock consumption.
• Assist with budgeting, cash handling, billing, and financial reporting.
• Food Safety and Hygiene
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain proper food storage and temperature controls.
• Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen, dining area, and storage facilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local regulations and company policies.
• Inventory and Vendor Management
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding deliveries and product quality.
• Minimize wastage, pilferage, and unnecessary expenses.
• Reporting and Administration
• Prepare daily sales reports, staff reports, and operational updates.
• Maintain records of customer feedback, incidents, and maintenance issues.
• Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions.
• Report restaurant performance and key issues to senior management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
