Restaurant Manager

Manage end-to-end restaurant operations, including opening, service and closing. Supervise the Head Chef, service staff, stewards and other restaurant personnel as applicable. Ensure prompt, courteous service and resolve guest complaints. Monitor food quality, presentation, service standards and customer feedback. Manage restaurant reservations, table allocation, billing and cash/POS reconciliation. Monitor sales, food costs, wastage, inventory and operating expenses. Strong communication, guest handling and team management skills. Knowledge of POS billing, inventory and basic financial reporting. Willingness to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
