Restaurant General Manager (Jaipur)

PAUL is looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead its Jaipur outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall restaurant operations, sales growth, profitability, team management, and delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining PAULs premium brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant, cafe operations.
• Drive sales, revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Monitor P&L;, food and beverage costs, labour costs, inventory, and wastage.
• Ensure excellent guest service, product quality, and brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, FSSAI compliance, and operational standards.
• Monitor business KPIs, customer feedback, audits, and operational reports.
• Coordinate with central teams for marketing, procurement, and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• 610 years of relevant experience in restaurant, premium caf.
• Minimum 23 years in a managerial leadership role preferred.
• Solid knowledge of restaurant P&L;, cost control, and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with premium brands or international caf chains will be an advantage. .
