Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

• Recognise potential customers requiring gold loan.
• Generate leads via cold calling, referrals, local market visits and conducting sales activities in societies, apartments, clubs, and other places of interest to enhance branch visibility.
• Educate customers about gold loan, products, interest rates and benefits.
• Guide customers on submitting the required set of documents and KYC as per RBI norms.
• Plan, conduct & monitor the branch & field level marketing activities to secure healthy pipeline of leads resulting in business conversion & branch progress.
• Accountable for keeping NPAs in control through robust follow ups from the customers for interest collections.
• Increase gold loan business plus different other third-party products.

Qualification, Experience Capabilities

• 3+ years of Product / Sales exposure to Gold loan or other Asset products
