Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships within the Mid Corporate Banking segment. The role involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and delivering tailored banking solutions to mid-sized corporates across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage long-term relationships with mid-corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and provide customized solutions across lending, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.
• Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of banking products.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, negotiations, and escalations.
• Collaborate with credit, risk, and product teams to structure and deliver client-centric solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios, assess risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Conduct regular client reviews, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives to strengthen the bank’s presence in the mid-corporate segment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8–12 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management.
• Strong understanding of corporate lending, trade finance, treasury, and working capital solutions.
• Proven track record of managing mid-corporate clients and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and deliver client-focused outcomes.
