Regulatory Affairs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in regulatory frameworks and compliance within the power sector, particularly in relation to SLDC/RLDC, CEA, CEIG, SERC/CERC, and DISCOMs/TRANSCOs. This role is crucial for ensuring that our operations align with regulatory requirements and for fostering relationships with key regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with national and state regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, including CEA, CEIG, SERC, and CERC, to advocate for the companys interests.
• Monitor changes in legislation and assess their impact on the organizations operations.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met in project planning and execution.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on regulatory compliance matters.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including industry associations and government agencies.
