As a Regulatory Affairs professional, you will be the guardian of our compliance framework, ensuring that every product-from oral care to advanced skincare-meets national and international safety standards. You will act as the vital link between our R&D, manufacturing teams, and regulatory bodies like the CDSCO.

Key Responsibilities

Product Registration & Licensing: Prepare and submit dossiers for new product registrations, renewals, and manufacturing licenses (Form 32) via the CDSCO Sugam portal.

Compliance Auditing: Ensure all formulations for Skin, Hair, and Oral Care comply with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act and BIS Standards.

Labeling & Artwork Review: Validate all product packaging, ingredient lists, and marketing claims to ensure legal accuracy and transparency.

Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the local FDA and State Licensing Authorities in Ahmedabad/Gandhinagar.

Export Documentation: Facilitate global market entry by managing COAs, MSDS, and Free Sale Certificates for international clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D and Quality Assurance to assess the regulatory impact of new raw materials or formulation changes.

Education

B.Pharm / M.Pharm or M.Sc. in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology.

Experience

1 to 3 years of core regulatory experience in the Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.
