Job Description

Seeking a highly driven Regional Manager to lead business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth for North India. You should have strong existing relationships with CHROs, CXOs, and HR decision-makers, with proven ability to build consultative partnerships and drive high-value B2B engagements. You will drive Business Growth of Company's services like advisory, leadership development, learning, and people transformation solutions. Also generating the sponsorship revenue for conferences and flagship events.

• Strong existing network and credibility within the HR ecosystem across North India with relationships with CHROs, CXOs, Talent Heads, and L&D leaders
• Proven experience selling HR advisory, leadership development, capability building, and employee engagement solutions
• Demonstrated success driving sponsorship sales and strategic partnerships for major conferences and industry events
• Consultative selling approach with ability to understand business challenges and position strategic solutions
• Ability to independently engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams
• Strong commercial acumen with entrepreneurial mindset and solution-oriented, revenue-focused approach
• Excellent presentation, storytelling, and proposal development skills
• Passion for HR, leadership development, learning, and future-of-work ecosystem
