Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to drive OEM sales business for HVAC products across Mumbai.The candidate will be responsible for developing strong relationships with OEM customers, identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence within the HVAC industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies for HVAC products in Mumbai.
• Handle OEM sales and maintain strong relationships with existing OEM customers.
• Identify and develop new OEM accounts and business opportunities.
• Generate inquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Coordinate with technical, production, and supply chain teams for timely execution.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and customer feedback collection.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of HVAC products and OEM sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle key accounts and strategic customers.
• Strong market networking within HVAC and industrial sectors.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales reporting tools.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC industry sales.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in OEM sales handling Maharashtra region.
• Experience dealing with HVAC OEMs, industrial customers, and channel partners preferred.

Preferred Industry Background

• Candidates from HVAC equipment, air handling units, ventilation systems, cooling systems, BLDC motors, industrial fans, compressors, or related industrial product industries will be preferred.
