Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy
• Partner with the leadership team to align HR initiatives with business growth and expansion plans.
• Develop scalable HR policies, processes, and systems for a growing diagnostic network.
• Support workforce planning for diagnostic centres, laboratories, and corporate functions.
• Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees.
• Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
• Radiologists and medical professionals
• Lab technicians and phlebotomists
• Centre managers and operations teams
• Sales, marketing, finance, and corporate functions
• Build talent pipelines for critical healthcare and technical positions.
• Strengthen recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
• HR Operations & Compliance
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, employee records, HR MIS, and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll and ensure accurate employee data management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Standardize HR practices across different centres and locations.
• Performance & Talent Management
• Implement structured goal-setting and performance management systems.
• Drive performance reviews and employee development plans.
• Identify high-potential employees and support career growth initiatives.
• Assist in building succession plans for critical roles.
• Employee Engagement & Culture
• Build a strong employee-centric culture across the organization.
• Drive employee engagement, recognition, communication, and well-being initiatives.
• Improve employee retention and strengthen employee experience.
• Address employee grievances and workplace concerns effectively.
• Learning & Development
• Identify training needs across medical, technical, operations, and corporate teams.
• Coordinate induction and onboarding programs.
• Drive behavioural, functional, leadership, and compliance-related training initiatives.
