Job Description & Responsibilities
Lead offshore accounting operations, ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance, manage audits, drive ERP initiatives, strengthen internal controls, support SOX compliance, oversee global financial reporting, and mentor high-performing accounting teams.
Required Candidate profile
CA/CPA with 8-10+ years experience, Big 4 audit background, strong GAAP/IFRS expertise, ERP leadership, SOX exposure, and proven experience managing global or offshore accounting operations.
