We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Delhi-NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in non-IT sectors, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet the hiring needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
• Maintain a database of candidates and track the recruitment process.
• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on non-IT roles.
