Job Description

Haicheng Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring, headhunting, executive search, and campus recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and joining follow-ups.
• Conduct headhunting and executive search for niche, senior-level, and critical positions.
• Plan and execute campus hiring drives and coordinate with colleges and institutes.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Use Boolean search techniques to identify and attract suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Manage candidate databases, requisitions, and recruitment reports through HRMS/ATS.
• Handle salary negotiations, candidate engagement, and offer-to-joining conversion.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain recruitment MIS, and ensure timely closure of positions.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, headhunting, and executive search.
• Hands-on experience in campus hiring and institute coordination.
• Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search.
• Working knowledge of HRMS/ATS and recruitment reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
