🚀 We’re hiring an Account Manager in Bangalore!

If you’ve owned revenue, run a P&L and know how to grow an account beyond its first contract, we’d like to hear from you.

💼 5+ years | Full-Time

What you’ll own

✅ Revenue generation and account P&L

✅ Account mining and business expansion

✅ Attendance and timesheet management

✅ Client relationships, escalations and onboarding

✅ Hiring fulfilment with recruitment teams, plus metrics and compliance reporting

What you bring

🔹 5+ years in staffing, recruitment or RPO, with proven revenue and P&L ownership

🔹 A track record in account mining and client growth

🔹 Strong grip on attendance and timesheet processes

🔹 Knowledge of staffing operations and labour laws

🔹 Comfort with ATS, CRM tools and MS Office
