Job Description & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Responsible for acquiring, onboarding and activating drivers/riders for VFRYT's EV fleet and ensuring a strong, active driver network.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit drivers/riders through calls.
Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Explain VFRYT's EV rental and earning opportunities to potential drivers.
Coordinate driver onboarding, KYC and documentation.
Ensure newly onboarded drivers become active and complete their first trips.
Build driver referral networks and identify new sources for driver acquisition.
Maintain daily acquisition and activation reports.
Coordinate the recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment data.
Build a good candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good experience in blue collar hiring.
Preferably from consultancy background.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Ability to manage multiple positions at the same time.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
