Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Guwahati. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating subsequent interview rounds with hiring managers. The role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and using recruitment tools and databases to track progress. The Recruiter will also support background verification processes, coordinate onboarding activities, and ensure a positive and professional candidate experience. Collaboration with internal teams and clients to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment support is a key part of this position.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong talent acquisition abilities, including sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in candidate relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple open roles and recruitment deadlines.
• Candidates should possess basic proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and standard office software.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of HR best practices, hiring compliance, and background verification processes.
• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in agency or multi-client environments, is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Guwahati and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
