Role Description The Recruiter role at Jyoti CNC Automation Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers. This role involves drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, and using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and campus networks. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and department leaders to understand workforce requirements, support employer branding initiatives, and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The role also includes tracking recruitment metrics, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations, and continuously improving hiring practices.

• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
