Role Description The Real Estate Team Leader and Sales Manager is a full-time role responsible for leading and managing a real estate sales team, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and expanding the client base. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru South, with primary on-site responsibilities and some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing team performance, mentoring and training sales associates, coordinating property listings and site visits, and managing key client relationships. The role involves negotiating and closing residential and commercial property transactions, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining strong knowledge of local market trends. The manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business goals, ensure high standards of client service, and uphold compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong experience in Real Estate, with a proven track record in residential and commercial property sales and team leadership.
• Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Real Estate, including understanding of market dynamics, investment opportunities, and corporate client needs.
• Candidates should possess skills in Property Management, with the ability to oversee property operations, tenant relations, and basic maintenance coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration and Leases, including preparing, reviewing, and managing lease agreements and related documentation.
• Only candidates with prior real estate experience will be considered; experience managing sales teams or branches in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, including comfort with sales metrics, reporting, and use of CRM or property management tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru South, manage field activities, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Relevant education in business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial; local market knowledge of Bengaluru and surrounding areas is an advantage.
