The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in the real estate industry. The role involves meeting prospective customers, coordinating property visits, and assisting the sales team. Key Responsibilities Meet prospective clients and property buyers. Coordinate and conduct property site visits for interested customers. Explain property details, amenities, pricing, and available projects. Follow up with clients and assist them throughout the property-buying process. Coordinate with the sales team and property developers. Generate new leads through field visits and networking. Maintain client details and update lead information in the CRM. Build strong relationships with customers and provide professional service. Candidate Requirements Male candidates with a confident and presentable personality. Good communication skills in Hindi and English. Marathi communication skills will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel locally for property visits and client meetings. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp. Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Prior experience in field sales, real estate, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
