Lead commercial leasing mandates for the Group's real estate portfolio identifying tenants/lessees, negotiating lease terms, and closing agreements

Manage and oversee the Group's real estate portfolio end-to-end, including tenant relationships, lease agreement implementation, lease renewals, rent escalations, and occupancy tracking

Handle administrative upkeep of the real estate portfolio documentation, compliance, statutory filings, property tax, utility accounts, and vendor/facility management coordination

Support and execute sale and purchase transactions for real estate assets, including liaising with brokers, buyers, sellers, and legal counsel

Conduct due diligence on title, encumbrances, approvals, and valuations for acquisition or disposal of properties

Maintain an up-to-date register of all Group properties ownership documents, lease agreements, valuations, and key dates

Coordinate with legal, finance, and external consultants (brokers, valuers, lawyers) to ensure smooth execution of leasing and transaction mandates

Prepare periodic MIS/reports on portfolio performance, occupancy, rental yields, and pending action items for Directors

Assist in compliances and streamlining of documentation for the groups real estate assets .
