Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market researchAssist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Gurgaon and surrounding areasConduct property site visits and client meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partnersProvide guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunitiesPrepare and present property listings, proposals, and agreementsNegotiate deals and close transactions efficientlyMaintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activitiesStay updated with local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and market conditions

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role (preferred)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is a plusSelf-motivated with a target-driven approachAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Real Estate preferred but not mandatory) .
