Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Real Estate Agent at Landinn Properties. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, negotiating on behalf of clients, evaluating the market to provide accurate property pricing, and conducting property viewings. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, preparing real estate documentation, and staying updated on market trends to provide expert advice.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships and negotiate effectively.
• Knowledge of property market trends, property pricing, and requirements within the Dubai real estate market.
• Proficiency in preparing real estate documentation and conducting market analysis.
• Excellent sales and marketing skills to promote property listings and attract potential buyers or tenants.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Valid real estate license in the UAE (preferred but not mandatory).
