Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing processes, including QS billing and client billing, as well as experience with RA bills. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing project costs and ensuring that financial aspects of construction projects are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate billing and cost control.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to provide detailed billing information and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with financial plans.
• Analyze project costs and provide reports to stakeholders, highlighting any potential financial risks.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts, ensuring all financial aspects are covered.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions and project costs.
