Quantity Surveyor – Key Job Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and calculate material quantities from approved drawings and measurements.
• Prepare project cost estimates and client quotations.
• Verify pricing, discounts, taxes and profit margins.
• Check material quantities and cutting lists before factory production.
• Coordinate with design, purchase, factory and installation teams.
• Monitor material consumption, wastage and additional costs.
• Verify supplier bills and additional-work charges.
• Compare estimated costs with actual project costs.
• Submit project-wise costing and profitability reports to management.
• Identify and prevent quotation errors and financial losses.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
