QA/QC Engineer (Water Infrastructure)

To ensure that all water infrastructure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, ITPs, quality standards, and applicable authority requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Plans, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), and Method Statements.Conduct inspections for materials, works, and installations as per project specifications and international standards.Review and verify material submittals, test reports, and certifications to ensure compliance.Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures and client requirements.Liaise with consultants, clients, and third-party laboratories for inspections and testing.Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation including inspection records, test results, and reports.Support in internal and external audits and ensure closeout of findings.Assist Project Manager/Quality Manager in ensuring project handover documentation (QA/QC dossiers, as-built records, etc.) is complete.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness across project teams. Civil Engineering Graduate or similar6+ Years of exp. as a QA/QC Engineer with relevant exp. in Water infrastructure projects in UAE
