Purchasing Officer

Eightbit Solutions Private Limited is expanding its waste procurement network and is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Purchase Officer to join our team in Ayodhya.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Marriage Halls, Caterers, Cloud Kitchens, Food Courts and other food establishments as waste suppliers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Negotiate procurement agreements and ensure supplier compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate timely collection of waste.
• Ensure accurate quantity verification and payment at the time of procurement.
• Maintain daily procurement records and submit reports.
• Achieve monthly procurement targets and expand the supplier network.
• Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for smooth pickups.
• Represent the company professionally while ensuring excellent supplier satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Experience in procurement, field sales, business development, supply chain or vendor management will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and negotiation skills may also apply.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with Ayodhya and nearby areas is preferred.
• Proficiency in using smartphones, Google Maps and WhatsApp.
