Job Description & Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of raw materials, packing materials, chemicals, engineering spares, and general items.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on pending orders.
  • Coordinate with Production, Stores, QA, QC, Engineering, and Accounts departments.
  • Ensure materials meet required quality standards and company specifications.
  • Maintain supplier records, purchase documentation, and inventory coordination.
  • Monitor market trends, material costs, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and applicable requirements.
  • Control purchasing costs while ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
